In my first time attending the COS annual meeting, I was blessed to be able to meet many like-minded individuals who are motivated by their love for Christ to advance the field of ophthalmology and love their patients well. I enjoyed the variety of topics, including some from pioneers in the field. I also enjoyed the missionary night, hearing about the work God is doing through individuals and families around the world and how we can help out.
I was profoundly blessed by the support from the society to attend the meeting, not just covering the attendance fees but also the lodging costs and food. Being willing to accommodate my wife as well was an additional blessing. Thanks so much!
